The Hillman Avenger has some interesting 70s styling. What struck me was the proportions and the size of the bonnet. I had to download several images to make sure my software wasn't exaggerating the bonnet. Surprisingly the Avenger bonnet competes with the Capri which I had never noticed. It possesses some great styling and cannot deny the American influence.
